[Infographic] Restaurants to try authentic foreign tastes in Hanoi

Đã cập nhật: 14 thg 5

Wanna experience the true taste of food around the world? You will feel as if you are in India, Japan or Mexico once you enjoy the dishes at the following restaurants without leaving Vietnam!

Further Information:

About Dalcheeni: Most of the food served in the restaurant comes from North India, not from all over the country. The food here is prepared according to royal recipes and quality to be presented to the Indian king and queen. Some dishes use ingredients directly transported from India to Vietnam such as the Indian ice cream - Maharaja Itwar, to ensure the most “authentic" taste when serving diners.

About Takosama: Born in Vietnam with a Japanese grandfather, Nguyen Phuong Quyen (Yuki Hariki) – the owner of Takosma –  embarked on a culinary pilgrimage to Osaka, Japan to learn from a renowned takoyaki master before opening her own restaurant. Observing that Vietnamese diners were accustomed to a localized version of takoyaki, Phuong Quyen made a bold decision to stay true to the authentic Japanese flavors, despite the potential for mixed reactions.

About NacoTaco: Aiming to bring the essence of "Mexican Taquerias” (traditional restaurants specializing in selling tacos in Mexico), NacoTaco preserves the original taste of Mexican cuisine, therefore, most of the restaurant's dishes have quite spicy flavors, such as Nachos. Diners should be prepared for a fiery culinary experience.
